Sssshhh...don't tell my doctor

He "strongly encouraged" me not to go to the beach this weekend. But I highly doubt he reads my blog so it's probably safe to post a few pictures.

I think Ashlyn's face says it all.

"Ummm....Mommy - did you remember you are 38 weeks pregnant and we are 3 hours from home?"

"Are you sure it's ok for you to be here?"

"What if your water breaks on the beach?"

"Well...if you really think its ok, we might as well enjoy ourselves. Goldfish, anyone?"

"I am so glad we decided to come - I LOVE the beach!"

We really had a great couple of days.  It was so nice having lots of people to help out with Ashlyn - and I am so glad we were able to spend a sweet weekend together before Chase makes his arrival.

38 week belly!

Hey, just because you are 38 weeks pregnant doesn't mean you can't have some fun! (c: Doctors are such worry warts. Don't they know that pregnant women have a 6th sense about this stuff anyways? And seriously, how many adorable bathing suits does Ashlyn have??? I love the captions underneath her faces...ADORABLE.

How could you say no to that little face??? Glad you had a good time and unless you're super fast during delivery I think even a 3 hour drive is doable:)

Awww.... looks like such fun. And you didn't have the baby so no harm, no foul, right? ;)

(I know nothing about having a baby, so I really have no clue if that's true. But I would guess the sand and fresh air can only be good.)
