Sweet Chase was two months old yesterday. He had a great doctor's appointment weighing in at just under 13 lbs. He is happy almost all of the time except when he is awake in his car seat. I can't figure it out. I thought all babies love being in their car seats. Not this little guy.
I love those sweet cheeks, and I hope he never gets tired of his momma giving him lots of kisses. I just can't help it.

We had the same problem with Ellie. She screamed and cried in the car seat until my husband discovered the hole in the back of the Swaddle Me. We had the thin, jersey one and we would put it in the car seat with the flaps under the straps and the middle buckle through the hole. Ellie would go in as usual, we'd strap her in as usual so the straps were against her and then we'd swaddle her arms. It was an instant change.
He is really so beautiful!

Jack was the same way until probably 2 1/2 months, maybe. I think something about laying at that angle hurt his stomach because he would spit up the minute you put him in it, multiple times! : ) Also, if he keeps going, he's going to pass Libby in weight soon. When we went in a few weeks ago she was just shy of 15 lbs. : )
