This little girl went to the dentist for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I took her with me to "watch" but as soon I was finished she said "Mommy, it's my turn now." And climbed right up in the chair to let them clean her teeth. Much easier than anticipated.

Last weekend I went to NYC with some of my best friends for a much needed girls getaway. We ate and laughed and talked and shopped and walked around until I was convinced that Dawn was going to go into early labor.
Christopher sent me this pic while he was having his guys weekend with this lil man. His text said "What's up, Mommy?" Love it.
I walked in the door Sunday night, emptied out my suitcase and repacked to leave at 5am Monday for San Diego for a work meeting. It was beautiful.
It is tough being away for so long. I was missing my babies like crazy. Glad to be home!

Adelynn does the same thing to her bookshelf! Too cute! Looks like yall had lots of fun in the big NYC...did you eat some Crumbs cupcakes? They are the BEST!!!!
Holy Moly! Lots of traveling, but it looks like a ton of fun! And thank heavens for those times when you are bracing yourself for H-E-double hockey sticks with the little ones and they make it a breeze! (c: Such a welcome surprise, ha!
